"The schedule for the organisation of the tournament is demanding but Poznań is heading in the right direction. I feel certain that football fans will enjoy themselves here," said Joanna Mucha, the Minister of Sport.

Minister Joanna Mucha visited Poznan on Monday. It is the first in a series of visits to all the Polish Host Cities of UEFA EUFO 2012™. First, she inspected the airport and the stadium in Poznan. "I find the preparations adequate. The deadlines are upon us but Poznan is heading in the right direction," she said at the briefing in the City Hall.

The Minister of Sport also met Ryszard Grobelny, the Mayor of Poznan, and the heads of working groups responsible for Poznan's preparations for UEFA EURO 2012™.
