Sub-measure 8.1.1 Development of professional skills and consultancy for businesses.
The aim of the project is to improve language, professional, and interpersonal skills and adaptability of workers to meet the growing expectations of the labour market, associated with changes resulting from the emergence of new groups of clients - foreign tourists, during the UEFA EURO 2012™ organized in Poland.
The expected results are:
1. providing professional and friendly service for the fans and guests of UEFA EURO 2012 (by increasing the skills and adaptability of participants);
2. strengthening the image of regions and Poland as a modern and friendly country;
3. engagement (building attitudes of openness and active participation) of persons covered by „Euro Academy" actions in the regions;
4. increasing the responsibility of Poles in the regions covered by „Euro Academy" actions for the success of FIFA;
5. increasing knowledge and awareness of multiculturalism and informed customer service for customer from different countries;
6. impact on guest experience during the visit to Poland for UEFA EURO 2012
The aim of Euro Academy subscribes to the third strategic objective of OP HC „Improving the adaptability of workers and enterprises to changes in the economy"
