PL.2012 is the coordinator and overseer of preparation undertakings for Euro 2012 in Poland. The enterprise has called together national coordinators and given them particular areas of oversight and operations. A 46-member team of experts and qualified managers has been assembled. PL.2012 is working closely with the Ministry of Sport and Tourism, UEFA, the Polish FA and representatives of Ukraine. It is coordinating the work of host city organizational bodies.

Oversight functions include, among others:
- analysis of legal regulations which may affect the preparation and realization of undertakings connected with EURO 2012;
- periodic assessment of the state of preparations, monitoring of undertakings, and definition of threats to the realization of preparations for EURO 2012.

As the coordinator of preparations PL.2012:
- organizes training and seminars for entities responsible for organization of the tournament,
- is preparing and will implement a security plan, including medical assistance, for EURO 2012,
- is developing and will implement a transportation and communication strategy for EURO 2012.
PL.2012's tasks include promotional and marketing work connected with the organization of the tournament, including disseminating information about progress in preparations for EURO 2012.
